We send orders by Royal Mail - usually the same or next working day. Most orders will arrive within 2-3 days. This could be longer at busy times of the year. HOW TO PAY You can pay via Paypal. We recommend that you use Recorded Delivery as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit. You should receive your refund or exchange within 7 working days.
